- Where should I go to trade in-game?
For Alliance: Please go to Goldshire's inn (southeast to Stormwind city); For Horde: Please go to Razorhill's inn (south to Orgrimmar)
- My order was 300 gold, why do I get only 100 delivered?
The amount of gold we stock varies from hour to hour, so sometimes we will deliver your order in several batches. Don't worry, your order will be 100% fulfilled. You can check our "order search" page and enter your order number to review your delivery history.
- Your character keeps whispering me about gold delivery, but I'm raiding now, very annoying.
You can add our character to your ignore list, till your raid is over, remember to remove it out of your ignore list, or we cannot deliver gold to you.
- How can I know if the delivery character is ready to trade? Do I need to stay in game to wait?
We will whisper and send ingame mail to notify you of your gold delivery. If you are not online, we will call you to log on to trade. Please leave your correct phone number to us.
- How long should I wait for the delivery character to log ingame?
Our character will usually be there within 5 minutes, if you still do not see anyone in the designated trading area asking you for trade, please contact our live chat support for immediate assistance.
- You whispered me ingame to trade, but no one trade with me when I near the mailbox?
Our delivery character need a few minutes to get the stock ready. Once it's ready, we will initiate the trade. Please be patience and wait at least 5 minutes.
- I tried to talk to the delivery character, but he ignored me. Why's that so?
It is a standard practice that the delivery character refrains from unnecessary engagement with the customers. If you want to ask questions about your order, please come to our live chat support for help.

- How long does it take to get my WOW gold? What is the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)?

- Why am I not informed your short-on-stock situation beforehand?

You may ask for refund through our live chat support. If you paid through PayPal, we refund your payment upon your request in no time. A PayPal refund is supposed to be instant and should hit your account balance in just a few minutes. NOTE: Cancellation of refund is not a function available from our credit card payment acceptance process. In other words, once a refund is initiated, it cannot be revoked.

- I don't have a PayPal account. Can I just pay through my credit card? How do I pay with my credit card without using PayPal?
We do offer the option to pay by a credit card besides PayPal. To place an order with a credit card is easy and simple. Proceed through the order process as normal, and once you are forwarded to PayPal, you will be presented with an option either to pay by your PayPal account or an independent credit card. You may simply choose to pay by your credit card then.
- My credit card is billed. I got charged! I paid! I even got doubled billed! But I haven't yet received my gold! Are you scamming me?
